As we know presidential election of the United States has decided Barack Hussein Obama to be the the first African American to be elected President of the United States. The current issues that Barrack Obama has to give his best interest to is the financial crisis and the growing unpredicted climate change.

For many years, the US has been considered a “climate sceptic” be- cause it opted out of the Kyoto Protocol, and moreover President George W.
